About the 15:11 project
Since 2010, the 15:11 Project has been a beacon of hope for El Paso, driven by faith and a deep commitment to serve. Fourteen years ago, our family uncovered a heart-wrenching reality: thousands of children in our city, from ages 1 to 18, wake up on Christmas morning to empty hands. That moment lit a spark within us—one that has fueled an unwavering mission ever since.
What started as a family’s promise to bring joy to five children has now flourished into a movement. Today, with the help of countless volunteers, we’ve grown into a powerful force of giving. Together, we’ve touched thousands of lives, delivering over 16,500 gifts to children and adults alike—sharing not just toys, but essentials like food, clothing, heaters, and jackets, providing warmth and hope to our El Paso neighbors.

El Paso is more than just home—it’s a community we hold close to our hearts. In the midst of this city lies the poorest school district in Texas, where many families struggle in silence. But with the unwavering support of strategic partners, generous corporate sponsors, countless individual donors, and our devoted volunteers, we’ve made it our mission to care for those who feel unheard and unseen.
Our commitment is clear: to lift the weight of poverty that burdens our community. Many students in El Paso face harsh realities, going without essentials like warm coats in the cold months from November through February. We’ve encountered homes without heating systems, leaving families vulnerable during the freezing winter nights. This is a reality we couldn’t ignore.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and the kindness of neighbors, every household now receives at least one blanket each year. And with the help of our community partners, the 15:11 Project provides space heaters to homes without heat, ensuring families stay warm and safe through the winter. Together, we’re bringing comfort and care to those who need it most, making a lasting difference in the lives of our beloved El Paso community.

How YOU CAN HELP
SPONSOR A STUDENT
This year alone, the 15:11 Project will sponsor over 850 students and provide more than 250 families with 50 pounds of food and at least one blanket to help them endure the chilly winter nights. Each student is personally sponsored by someone who commits to gifting a wrapped present—complete with an age-appropriate toy, an outfit or jacket, and a pair of shoes.
