OVER A DECADE OF MAKING A DIFFERENCE.
We are a faith-based organization that was established in 2010. 12 years ago our family was made aware of the fact that there are thousands of children in our city between the ages of 1 and 18 that don’t have a gift to open on Christmas morning. We immediately knew we had to do something about this reality.
Over the past 12 years, what we started as a family project to serve 5 children with a gift, has grown into dozens of volunteers donating their time, resources, and money to impact over 900 students plus adults with toys, food, clothing, heaters and jackets for the holidays.

Because of endless support from Corporate Sponsors, Personal Sponsors and the tireless efforts of dozens of volunteers year in and year out, students identified by local social workers and school counselors as being in need are directly impacted every year! El Paso is home to the poorest school district in the entire State of Texas. With the help of strategic community partners, generous corporate sponsors, dozens of individual sponsors and faithful volunteers, we have decided that we MUST take care of those who are suffering and hurting, seemingly without a voice. Our heart is to do everything in our power to lighten the weight of poverty in our community for our people.
A staggering number of students go without the most basic of necessities, like a coat or jacket for the cold weather days from November to February. We’ve also visited homes that have no heaters all throughout the winter. We decided that we simply could not allow for that to continue to be their reality. Thanks to sponsors and loving members of the community every year each family receives at minimum one blanket per household, and when made aware by our community partners, the 15:11 Project provides space heaters for homes that don’t have a heat source.
